Management update

Almost all signed Form Cs have now been received by Simon; only five are still outstanding. Simon is chasing the partners concerned.

Simon noted that 22 organsiations have entered some person-month figures into the management website for January to September 2012. This is positive, but clearly there are 9 still missing, which makes it difficult to obtain an accurate picture of the spend of effort against plan. Simon will be reporting the situation to the General Assembly next week.

Concerning the revision of the DoW, only four WP leaders have updated their WP descriptions under http://aparsen.digitalpreservation.eu/bin/view/Main/ApanYear2PlusPlanWPs. All WP leaders really need to propose revisions this week, so that there is a clear starting point for discussion at the AHM in Frascati. One issue for example will be any WPs that have lost a lot of effort.

Preparation for All Hands Meeting

Simon urged partners to sign up for one or other of the parallel sessions on the wiki page. William reported that he is trying to persuade some partners to join the Stream 1 + 4 session.

Streams and work packages

There was little discussion this week because of the proximity of the AHM next week.

David reported that SCIDIP had a successful review meeting; this will have implications for WPs 14, 16, 21 and 22.

William reported that the revised deliverable D43.1 is now almost ready for internal review. He will be seeking internal reviewers as it is important that this deliverable is thoroughly checked to avoid continuing problems.
