A template is being produced for a number of case studies in digital rights and access management.

For WP35 Data policies and governance (leader: CSC), Juha said that CSC is making internal arrangements for the management of the WP and will nominate a contact person to arrange the kick-off later in March.

ACTION: All partners in WP35 to identify their contact person to

René has submitted a proposal for a panel at the TPDL conference. if anyone is attending the conference, would they consider joining the panel as names are needed.

ACTION: All to look at proposal for panel at TPDL, comment and consider whether to participate.

Rehearsal of review presentations

The rest of the meeting was given over to rehearsals of review presentations by René van Horik and Ash Hunter (trust topic) and David Giaretta (common vision/VCoE). Some comments/suggestions are recorded here.

Trust topic

  • Holger: "hopefully the VCoE will..." shouldn't there be already definite plans for WP14 in place? Formally it ended M14.
  • William: reference to pharma industry is good.
  • Simon Lambert: be more clear in intro about which deliverables accepted. Is the glossary of WP14 the same as the overall APARSEN glossary?
  • Kirnn: What about links to other projects e.g. SCAPE?
  • Holger: continuation within the VCoE? Transfer/handover?
  • Kirnn: need to show links to other WPs maybe?
  • Yannis Tzitzikas: WP14: reviewer could ask: how usable the matrix is? Is it publicly available? Have you received any feedback about it so far?
  • Kirnn: have one set of slides for your topic so bring together the three sets of slides.

Common vision/VCoE

  • Ash: the business model canvas is shown as empty! Better to add seed ideas from the deliverable.
  • William: need to show evidence of progress e.g. photos from Brussels workshop.
  • Maurizio: slides seem to present approach rather than results.
  • Kirnn: no harm to reiterate findings, and need concrete examples to go in.
  • David: all suggest key messages.
  • Sabine: could include list of workshops and meetings in last year and fix date for next VCoE workshop.
  • William: previous reviewers got confused about VCoE vis-a-vis APA. It would be good to say more about APA's position. Should say it was discussed within APA in Year 2 to clarify the mechanisms for change.
  • Barbara B: present a slide with links to other WP results related to VCoE (just an overview).

Any other issues
