Sabine asked when the next All Hands Meeting will take place. This has not yet been decided; the PMB must consider it.

Report on activities within streams, any issues arising

Stream 1 Integration

Simon reported that concerning the VCoE, an approach has been agreed to integrating the notes and highlighting queries from the last workshop at Heathrow, and the result will be used as a planning document and circulated to all when ready.

Weekly meetings will be set up (taking the time slot of the previous WP32 meetings, 12:00 CET on Thursdays) on integration of sustainability.

Stream 2 Technical research

Maurizio reported that there is generally little coordination among WPs in this Stream, though there has been some between WP22 and WP25. WP22 is preparing for the workshop at IPRES and the second evaluation round of the interopability framework.

Yannis gave an update on WP25. The positive is that a prototype is ready; the negative is that many partners are inactive. The Stream Leader/PMB might need to follow this up.

Stream 3 Economic and legal research

Sabine reported that WP31 on digital rights is continuing, with the survey in progress. WP35 (data policies and governance) had a meeting last week. Preparation of D36.2 (now due at the end of July) is in hand.

Stream 4 Spreading Excellence

For WP43, Sharon mentioned the week-long training course will take place in Glasgow next week, with APARSEN and other projects represented. All places are taken. Sharon confirmed that the event will be recorded and the audio will be connected to the slide presentations.

Any other issues

Holger asked which is the definitive version of the APARSEN glossary. David said that the version on the external website goes further than an unrelated collection of terms as it uses SKOS to show relationships between terms ("broader", "narrower"). Holger noted that some definitions of the same term have different provenance (e.g. "Access DPC" which is the DPC's definition of access) - is there a better way of identifying definitions of the same concept from different sources?
