Simon intends to submit all M36 deliverables to the EC and the reviewers at the end of this week.

D11.4 Virtual Centre of Excellence development: progress to Year 3

  • These deliverables are both in their final form after the last revisions by David and Ruben and are at ApanDeliverables. NB If downloading from the wiki, it is safest to look for the latest version in the list of attachments at the bottom of the page, as the link from the body of the page might not be updated.

Year 2 payments

Simon believes that the Year 2 payents are now being made by STFC's Shared Business Services. Some queries were received about bank account information, and these have been forwarded to the partners concerned.

Year 3 reporting procedure

All partners should fill in their Form Cs for Year 3 in the online system.

Simon has been receiving effort reports and WP reports from partners, and will check which are still outstanding.

Reminder of deliverables due in the fourth year

Simon summarised the deliverables due in the fourth year of APARSEN. Almost all are due at the very end of the project, with two exceptions.

  • D11.5 Report on a Common vision of digital preservation STFC/APA (M48)
  • D11.6 Virtual Centre of Excellence development STFC/APA (M48)
  • D13.3 Report about standardisation activities ICT (M48)
  • D16.2 Software repository: final APA (M48)
  • D22.4 The Interoperability Framework implementation with added value services FRD (M48)
  • D41.3 Event planning and summary report LTU (M48)
  • D42.2 Report on definition of curricula and course contents, summary of liaison actions and co-operations FTK (M46)
  • D44.5 Annual report on communication activities ONB (M48)
  • D45.2 Mapping defragmentation opportunities across key stakeholders outside APARSEN STM (M40)

Any other issues

Andreas Hundsdörfer asked if there is a template for presentations at the review. Simon explained that the review presentations will be organised by streams, and the streams should adopt a uniform presentation structure, including details of WPs and deliverables. A template for the stream presentations has been produced but not yet finalised by the PMB.
