Management update

A number of queries have been received from the EC on the Form Cs for Year 3. Simon has forwarded these to the concerned partners for action.

The voting by the General Assembly on the proposal from the PMB for budget allocation in the fourth year has now concluded. The vote was quorate and approved the proposal by a narrow two-thirds majority as stipulated by the Consortium Agreement. Christoph Bruch asked Simon to put the record of voting on the wiki.

Any issues concerning Streams

Stream 1 Integration (WP11, WP13, WP16)

David reported that work is continuing on creation of training modules, with the aim for most to be ready by the end of June. Kirnn Kaur is taking the lead on this. Work will also be done one the various databases of tools/services/standards to update the information available on the public website.

Stream 2 Technical research (WP22)

No report.

(Stream 3 Non-technical research - no active WPs)

Stream 4 Spreading excellence (WP4n)

John Lindström reported that the workshop proposal for TPDL (early September, London) had been accepted. A moderator is being sought from within the ptoject.

In WP43, the training event in Florence on Usability and Access has been postponed to 16-17 September. Sharon McMeekin is working on the programme for the summer school.

For WP42, Holger Brocks reported that he has an initial structure for D42.2. He needs feedback from Sharon and will then refine the planning.

Any other issues
