Any issues concerning Streams

Stream 1 Integration (WP11, WP13, WP16)

A meeting took place at the British Library in London on 27 May planning for the transition of the website to the VCoE, among other topics. As a consequence, all partners will soon be asked to confirm what services etc. they intend to make available through the VCoE. An initial survey was already done and reported in D11.4, but the time is coming to confirm the offerings.

Stream 2 Technical research (WP22)

Maurizio reported that WP22 is working to develop the demonstrator content and functionality. A webinar will take place on 25 June. As Simon will not be available that day, someone else (David?) will be needed to introduce the webinar.

Last week Maurizio attended an event in Italy concerning persistent identifiers for persons. These will be introduced in Italy as a single way of accessing public services. Maurizio has circulated an email about it.

(Stream 3 Non-technical research - no active WPs)

Stream 4 Spreading excellence (WP4n)

Gerald Jäschke has produced a revision of D43.2, with input from other partners, as requested by the Project Officer after the last review. The revised version gives plans for how the content of the training portal will be developed.

Kirnn has been contacting possible presenters for the summer school in Vienna on 7-11 July. Guidance on producing exercises will be available. A registration page has been launched for this event.

Daria asked all partners to help with promotion of upcoming events. A simple way to do this is to the APARSEN public web page at http://www.alliancepermanentaccess.org/ and click on "share this" links for the events.

Any other issues
