Management update

From next week, a new format will be adopted for these meetings based on the activity plan for Year 4, specifically section 6. This document is on the wiki at:

A contract amendment is under way to formally remove IKI-RAS as a partner. This should be a quick process.

There is an action on Simon to arrange a GA meeting about the remaining decisions on budget allocation.

Any issues concerning Streams

Stream 1 Integration (WP11, WP13, WP16)

The summer school (Advanced Practitioner Course) in Vienna is fast approaching (7-11 July). There was a meeting after this one about the state of preparations.

Stream 2 Technical research (WP22)

Maurizio reminded everyone that the webinar will be on 25 June. There will be a rehearsal at 11:00 that day, and slides will be collected in advance. There are to be three speakers from APARSEN and three from outside. Eefke urged the speakers not to exceed 10 minutes each.

(Stream 3 Non-technical research - no active WPs)

Stream 4 Spreading excellence (WP4n)

Sharon reported that registrations for the summer school are rather low so far, which is disappointing. We should all make a push to publicise the event and encourage attendance. Places are free for members of APARSEN partners.

Any other issues
