Review of Notes from previous meeting

Notes from the previous meeting were agreed as an accurate record.

Review of Actions

Outstanding actions have now been updated on the separate 'Actions Page' Simon did put up the deliverables on the Wiki. HP did contact Eefke Smit with regard to the publishers view on WP33

Administrative Matters

  • Contracts: No changes to report
  • Consortium Agreement: A latest version of the CA is currently being checked internally at STFC and SL hopes to circulate this to everyone in the middle of next week.
  • Effort Reporting: Please continue to fill in your effort reports on the management web site.
  • Distribution of Funds: All payments have now been made.
  • External Advisory Committee - No changes to report

DG said there is a need to ensure information is being collected and to check the classification being used.

WP15 - Internal workshops, symposia and events

WP16 - Common tools, software repository and marketplace

WP22 - Identifiers and citability

Maurizio advised that there were no further developments from those reported last week.

WP24 - Authenticity and Provenance

No-one available to report on this WP

WP26 – Annotation, reputation and data quality

Heinz Pampel advised that there was nothing new to report but hopes to have something available next week.

WP33 - Peer review and 3rd party certification of repositories

Heinz Pampel advised there was nothing new to report.
DG reported that all six test audits have been completed and an outline of the report is currently being worked on. DG also reported he has received confirmation that ISO has approved the second standard, allowing the set-up of the organisation and steps will be taken to do this over the summer period. The standards will be finalised in the next week.

WP41 - External workshops symposia and events and WP45 – Liaison with other stakeholders

Darya Plankina advised there was nothing new to report. DG advised there are slots available on the agenda for the APA conference for APA member organisatons to speak about their activities and requested volunteer speakers.
