Review of notes from previous meeting

The notes from the previous meeting were agreed as an accurate record.

Review of actions

AH questioned whether Bram from the Open Planets Foundation would be the best person to contact in connection with WP14 as he felt the scope should be wider and quoted RODA as an example.

ACTION: RODA - add this to the list of things to talk about at the All Hands Meeting.

Administrative matters

  • Consortium Agreement - SL reported that they now have a version ready for signature - just waiting for contributions to the attachments and check the name of the signatories is correct.
- Need to include the name of the principal contact.

- The deadline is tomorrow

- Contributions have been received from many partners and will be incorporated into the final version of the CA and completed by Monday 31 October

- SL will explain the signature process when he circulates the CA

- SL would like to collect the signed copies from the partners at the meeting in London

DG explained that if any of the partners cannot sign this CA, they will change the DOW to remove these partners from the project. Currently, the only organisation who may not be able to sign is ESA.

  • Effort Reporting: The interim report has been sent to the Project Officer - this is available on the deliverables page of the Wiki if you wish to view this, under Administrative Matters.

DG asked the group if there are any documents/reports that can be put up on the public site? AH said he would extract information from the test cases but in a way that retains confidentiality for the individuals /organisations involved. DG asked what can be presented at the conference and what can be published beforehand - even if this is in draft form.

All Hands Meeting - We are still missing a lot of details - if further details are not added shortly, DG will put together the final agenda. RvH suggested a short paper on the test beds i.e. put the items on the agenda and link them to short discussion documents. - We are still missing some partners for the All Hands Meeting - We need to fill the actions RvH put up
