Work Package 25: Monthly Status Report

December 2012

Progress and achievements this month

We collected further contributions from WP25 partners to improve the D25.1. In particular we focused on 1) interoperability scenarios that have been evaluated by partners in terms of three dimensions (i.e. current situation, importance and level of difficulty); 2) gap analysis: the gaps have been diagnosed identifying the current situation (where we are), the future goals and objectives (where we want to be) and the possible solutions to fill the gaps (how to fill the gap); 3) recommendations distinguishing between general recommendations and domain specific recommendations.

Any delays, problems or risks

Only few partners of the WP provided all the requested contributions. The majority of them provided only partial contribution up to now. Therefore, we decided to use a section of the the wiki as a tool to track the activities of each partner by making explicit and continuously updated the report of their requested actions.

Meetings held (face-to-face or virtual)

We held the monthly WP MegaMeeting on December 6th, 2012. The aim of the meeting was to present the status of the D25.1 and plan the next steps in order to finalize the document.

List of participating partners

Present partners: UNITN, FORTH, FRD, DANS, KB

Absent partners: ESA, CSC, STFC

Status of deliverables

The D25.1 has been improved by substantial contributions of some partners (UNITN, FORTH, DANS) and by internal reviews and comments as well (STFC). However further effort is needed to finalize the document in the first half of January.
