    1. Clarify objectives and outcomes of the WP Discussion on any alternatives/different approaches
    • * Stick to DoW - (Re)Define the scope of D36.1. We will likely introduce Qualitative Interviews to feed D36.2

    • * Depends on strict definition of the Scope of the Preparedness Analysis. To be included in the detailed tasks programming to be prepared by Ruben.

    • * So far, just the web survey

    • * The one already in circulation, but subject to the draft Table of Contents of D36.1
  2. Work/Actions required
    1. Ruben to prepare and circulate prior to Easter a detailed roadmap of tasks to be fulfilled in order to Deliver D36.1

    1. Finalize WP36 team members please take some time and fill in your (or your colleagues/personnel involved in WP36) contact details in List of Participants at http://aparsen.digitalpreservation.eu/bin/view/Main/ApanWp36
    2. Effort allocation
    3. Regular WP meetings and communication
    4. Communication procedures with Stream 3 Leader, PMB (?) and related WPs
    5. Time-schedule: examine if there is a need and possibility to modify it accordingly.
